Ingredients

  • 4 4-piece frozen low-fat wholewheat waffles
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 green kiwifruit
  • peeled
  • each cut crosswise into 6 pieces
  • 1 star fruit
  • or carambola
  • cut crosswise into 8 pieces (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries or strawberries
  • hulled

Instructions

  1. Toast the waffles.
  2. Separate each into 4 pieces and arrange on plates.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the sugar and cinnamon.
  4. To assemble, sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar over the waffles.
  5. Spoon the yogurt onto each serving.
  6. Arrange 3 slices kiwifruit, 2 slices star fruit, blueberries, and raspberries on each.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar over all.
