Ingredients

  • 200 grams Ground Beef
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 Portobello Mushrooms
  • 4 slice Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slice Streaky bacon
  • 1 Avocado (diced)
  • 1 Some Cilantro leaves
  • 2 Hard boiled eggs ( diced)
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 small Onion (diced)
  • 1 Salt

Instructions

  1. Add the salt and ground pepper in the ground beef and mixed well.
  2. Then make into 4 small patties.
  3. Pan fry the bacon until brown & crispy.
  4. Then Use the bacon fat in the pan to fry the portobello mushrooms for about 5 mins.
  5. Set aside the cooked bacon and portobello mushrooms.
  6. In a clean pan, fry the beef patties with some olive oil.
  7. When the beef is almost done, place the slices of cheddar cheese on top of each patty.
  8. Toast 4 mini buns that sliced into halves in the oven.
  9. Then we are ready to assemble the burger.
  10. Placed each patty with a melted cheese on one half of a bun.
  11. Then stack the portobello mushroom and the bacon.
  12. Lastly, place one and a half tablespoon of guacamole.
  13. Then place the other half of the bun on top and you got your burger!at
  14. To make the guacamole, simply mixed the ingredients together - avocado, hard boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, onions, cilantro leaves, salt and lime juice
