Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup rice
- uncooked
- 1 medium onion
- chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- minced
- 1 cup bacon
- crisp
- crumbled
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
- salt
- pepper
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Heat butter and oil in heavy skillet.
- Add rice, onion, and garlic and brown until rice is golden.
- Add balance of ingredients; cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until rice is dry.
