Ingredients
- 2 can 5 oz White Tuna In Water [drained]
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Finely Minced Celery With Leaves
- 1/3 cup White Onions [fine chop]
- 1/3 cup Vlassic Pickles [fine chop]
- 3 tbsp Fine Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Fresh Green Onions [tops only]
- 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley [chopped]
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Celery Salt
- 1/4 tsp Dried Dill
- 4 large Bib Lettuce Leaves [washed & dried]
- 1 dash Sea Salt
- 1 dash Dried Parsley
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except for lettuce, dried parsley and sea salt and chill for 30 minutes.
- Choose fresh, crisp, intact and sturdy lettuce leaves only.
- Gently wash and dry lettuce leaves.
- Fill leaves with tuna mixture and lightly garnish with dried parsley and sea salt, not table salt.
