Ingredients
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Diced
- 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Thyme
- 1/4 teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne
- 3/4 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 pieces Boneless Chicken Breast
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients except the chicken together in a gallon Ziploc bag, making sure it is all well blended.
- Add the chicken and coat with the marinade.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- When youre done marinating your chicken, get your charcoal grill ready.
- Place your chicken on the grill and cook for 15 minutes on each side.
- Check to insure that the temperature has reached 165 degrees F. Once it has, youre done.
