Ingredients
- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1/2 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 10 ounce. stick sharp cheddar cheese
- shredded
- 1 pound can cream corn
Instructions
- Combine potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, salt, pepper and water.
- Cover and simmer 20 min.
- Make cream sauce with butter, flour and lowfat milk.
- Add in cheese, stir till melted.
- Add in corn, vegetables, heat but don't boil.
