Ingredients
- 30 grams Cream cheese
- 3 grams Sugar
- 1/4 Apple (or about 40g of a different fruit)
- 1 Egg
- 20 grams Sugar
- 20 grams Cake flour
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese, add 3g of sugar and mix.
- Add the minced fruit and mix.
- Put the egg and 20g of sugar into a bowl and whip over a double boiler until stiff peaks form.
- Add the cake flour into Step 2 and fold gently to maintain an airy texture.
- Pour the batter into a microwavable container, add the mixture from Step 1, then cover with a lid and microwave for about 1 minute 50 seconds at 600W.
