Microwave Pork Chops And Sauerkraut Recipe

Ingredients

• 32 ounce. sauerkraut
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1 apple
• minced
• 1 onion
• minced
• 2 tbsp. brown mustard
• 1 teaspoon caraway
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 6-8 pork chops

Instructions

1. In a 12x8 microwavable casserole combine all ingredients except pork chops and mix well.
2. Place pork chops on top.
3. Cover lightly with wax paper.
4. cook on medium 30-40 min, turning chops half way through cooking.
