Ingredients
8 Hot Dogs
8 Poppy Seed buns
1 cup finely diced onion(we prefer Sweet onions-Texas
Maui
Vidalia)
2 Tomatoes sliced in 8 wedges each (seeds removed)
Yellow mustard to taste
Sweet pickle relish to taste
3 Sport peppers per hot dog
Celery salt
Instructions
Simmer the hot dogs in a covered sauce pan until they plump up nicely(up to 10 minutes).
Place the hot dogs into the buns.
(We warm them for 30 seconds in the microwave,or steam them for a minute or 2)
Apply mustard(use a squirt bottle for ease of application),onions,relish,2 wedges of Tomato,3 Sport peppers.Apply celery salt over the length of the dog.
