Michael C's Butter Cream
Ingredients
- 8 oz icing sugar
- 4 oz butter
- 1 a few drops of desired flavouring or colouring
Instructions
- Mix the icing sugar and butter together.
- Add in the flavouring or colouring.
- Spread over cake, cupcakes, cookies- What ever you're making!!

- TIP!!!
- If you like, blend about a teaspoon of coffee with a tablespoon of water to make coffee buttercream!!!
- You can do this in the same way for chocolate buttercream!!
