- 1/4 cups Tomato-clam Juice (Clamato)
- 1/4 cups Seeded And Chopped Fresh Tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Oregano
- 1 Tablespoon Tabasco Hot Sauce
- 2 Anaheim Chiles
- Roasted
- Seeded & Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Finely Chopped
- 2 Serrano Chiles
- Roasted And Finely Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt To Taste
- 1/2 pounds Cooked And Peeled Medium Shrimp
- 1/2 pounds Jumbo Lump Crabmeat
- Picked And Cleaned
- 1 Avocado
- Peeled And Cut Into 1/4-inch Cubes
Instructions
- Combine everything except the salt, seafood, avocado in a large bowl.
- Season with salt; toss to mix.
- Fold in shrimp, crab, and avocado.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
