Mexican Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients
- 13 ounce. pkg. corn chips
- 3 c. warm cooked rice
- 2 (1 lb.
- 3 ounce.) cans chili without beans
- 6 c. shredded crisp lettuce
- 3 tomatoes
- seeded and minced
- 4 green onions
- minced
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
- grated
- 1 (2 ounce.) jar stuffed olives
- minced
Instructions
- Divide corn chips proportionately on six dinner plates.
- Top with remaining ingredients in order given.
- Serve at once.
- Serves 6.
