Ingredients

  • 50 grams paneer low fat
  • 2 teaspoons methi kasuri
  • 25 grams onions diced
  • 25 grams sweet red bell peppers diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 x ginger as needed
  • 1 x garlic as needed
  • 1/2 teaspoon thai chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1 x salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, put oil
  2. Once oil get heated proberbly, add diced onion capsicum, cooking for 2 to 3 mins.
  3. Add low fat paneer chunks, kasuri methi .
  4. After that add rest of the ingredient, cook for 2 to 3 mins.
  5. Take out from pan and serve hot with little curd.
