Ingredients
- 50 grams paneer low fat
- 2 teaspoons methi kasuri
- 25 grams onions diced
- 25 grams sweet red bell peppers diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 x ginger as needed
- 1 x garlic as needed
- 1/2 teaspoon thai chili paste
- 1 teaspoon chat masala
- 1 x salt to taste
Instructions
- Take a pan, put oil
- Once oil get heated proberbly, add diced onion capsicum, cooking for 2 to 3 mins.
- Add low fat paneer chunks, kasuri methi .
- After that add rest of the ingredient, cook for 2 to 3 mins.
- Take out from pan and serve hot with little curd.
