Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. reserved chicken broth
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 c. self-rising flour
Instructions
- Cook chicken (boil) till tender, remove from bone.
- Cut and place pcs in a 13x9 dish.
- In a saucepan mix and bring to a boil broth and soup.
- In another bowl combine butter, flour and lowfat milk.
- Mix thoroughly to create batter.
- Pour broth mix over chicken.
- Pour batter over top, spread proportionately.
- Bake 425 degrees 25 to 30 min.
- Delicious and easy.
