Mecklenburg Country Lemon Chess Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 4 Large eggs
- well beaten
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tbsp. lemon rind
- grated
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Cream butter, sugar and flour together.
- Add in Large eggs, lemon juice and rind.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
- Serves 6-8.
