Mecklenburg Country Lemon Chess Pie Recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 3/4 c. sugar
• 2 tbsp. flour
• 4 Large eggs
• well beaten
• Juice of 2 lemons
• 1 tbsp. lemon rind
• grated
• 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Instructions

1. Cream butter, sugar and flour together.
2. Add in Large eggs, lemon juice and rind.
3. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 min.
4. Serves 6-8.
