Ingredients
- 1 lb broccoli
- 1 2/3 lb ground sirloin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 13 1/2 oz coconut milk
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cup cheddar cheese
- shredded
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp cilantro
Instructions
- Brown the ground sirloin.
- Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic, and broccoli as it is browning.
- Heat coconut milk.
- Before it boils add shredded cheese.
- Stirring constantly, when cheesy is melted add butter and parmesan cheese.
- Stirring constantly.
- After cheesy sauce thickens add broccoli and ground sirloin.
- Mix everything together.
- Top with parmesan cheese, parsley and cilantro.
- Let sit 10 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
