Meatloaf With Minestrone Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. hamburg
• 1 egg
• 1 lg. minced onion
• 1 stick celery
• diced
• Carrots (opt.)
• Parsley
• basil
• dill flakes
• 1 can minestrone soup
• Seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients, adding bread crumbs to hold.
2. Put into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
