Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (32 oz.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 1/4 lb. Italian sausage
- cooked
- crumbled
- 24 slices OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni
- cut in half
- 2 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham
- chopped (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup ORE-IDA Chopped Onions
- 1 jar (14 oz.) CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONES or KNUDSEN Sour Cream", "1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, cook peppers in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 2 min., stirring frequently.
- Add meat and onions; cook 1 to 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat.
- Mix pizza sauce and sour cream in medium microwaveable bowl until blended.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring after 1 min.
- Spread TATER TOTS onto ovenproof platter; top with pizza sauce mixture, 1 cup cheese and meat mixture.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
