Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound grnd beef or possibly veal
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon pepper to taste
- 3 ounce. Mozzarella
Instructions
- Season meat with salt and garlic.
- Pat gently into a 10-inch pie plate, including rim.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min.
- Then drain.
- Spread on sauce, cheese and oregano.
- Bake 10 min more.
- NOTE: If you want, add in green pepper, mushrooms, onion flakes before baking.
