Meat Loaf Deluxe Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 c. crackers
- crushed
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. onion
- minced
- 3/4 c. carrots
- shredded
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix together and press into loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
