Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce.) box lemon gelatin
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 hard boiled Large eggs
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. pickle relish
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 sm. onion
- grated
- 1 can lunch meat
- cubed into 1/2 inch cubes
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- When the gelatin begins to set, add in all the other ingredients.
- Serves 4.
