Ingredients
- 250 grams Thinly sliced beef
- 1/4 A) Burdock Root (5 mm cubes)
- 1/3 A) Carrot (5 mm cubes)
- 1/4 pack A) Shimeji Mushrooms (5 mm cubes)
- 1 total 1/4 A) White Spring Onion (white and green parts)
- 2 clove A) Garlic (roughly minced)
- 1 piece A) Ginger (roughly minced)
- 4 tbsp B) Miso
- 3 tbsp B) Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp B) Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp B) Sake
- Mirin
- Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp B) Sesame Seeds
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Soak the burdock root in water for 5 minutes.
- Skim off the scum.
- Finely chop the beef.
- Combine the B) ingredients.
- Heat a frying pan on medium-high.
- Saute the beef and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- When the meat has cooked through, add the A) ingredients and saute.
- Add the B) ingredients and cook until the liquid has evaporated.
- It's done.
- It tastes delicious if you wrap it up with bean sprout namul, fried glass noodles, or white spring onion.
