Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- softened
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then, stir in vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until blended.
- Mix in the quick oats, walnuts, butterscotch chips, and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto un-greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 14 minutes in preheated oven.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes.
