Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 7 ounces
- weight Plain Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 pinch Salt
- 13 tablespoons
- 1- 1/2 teaspoons
- 1- 1/4 pinches Hot Water
- Cheese Slices (1 For Every Pancake Sandwich)
- Ham/Chicken Slices (1 For Every Pancake Sandwich)
Instructions
- Mix egg, flour, baking soda, seasoning, salt and water in a bowl.
- Cook 2 tablespoons of this batter in a nonstick pan, flipping over when the edge start getting brown, about 1 minute per side.
- Then assemble your toast: 1 pancake + 1 cheese slice + 1 ham slice + 1 pancake.
