Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 whipping cream
- 1 black chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 180 degress celsius
- Mix in the flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking powder in a medium bowl.
- Add the eggs and mix.
- Add milk, oil and vanilla and mix for another 2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture in a greased mould and put in oven for 45 minutes.
- Whip the cream and decorate the cake and you can add the chocolate on the cream.
