Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup panko( Japanese style bread crumbs)
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1 can corn
- 3 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup sharp cheddar
Instructions
- Add bread crumbs together and mix well
- Dump bout 2/3 of the crumbs into bottom of glass baking dish
- Melt butter and pour half over the bread crumbs evenly
- Add mashed potatoes on top of the melted butter and bread crumbs spread out and try not press too hard the butter and crumbs are kinda like a crust
- Spread half the cheese onto the potatoes and add can of corn onto top of the cheese evenly
- Top with remaining cheese and.bread crumbs press down slightly
- Add other half of melted butter
- Bake 400 to 425 degrees for 20 or until golden brown and a bit bubbly
