Mary Zulick's Dried Beef Dip Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
• softened
• 1/4 pound dry beef
• 2 tbsp. grated onion
• 1/4 c. green pepper
• finely diced
• 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Mix together all ingredients and turn into a 9-inch pie plate.
2. Bake 10 min at 350 degrees.
3. Sprinkle with minced nuts, if you like.
