Ingredients
- 24 graham cracker squares
- 1 c. butter (2 sticks)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- firmly packed
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1/2 pkg. butterscotch morsels (6 ounce.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Arrange graham cracker squares in 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan or possibly baking sheet with sides, set aside.
- In medium saucepan, over medium heat, heat butter.
- Add in brown sugar, bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, add in nuts and butterscotch morsels, stir about 2 min or possibly till morsels are melted.
- Pour mix over graham crackers, covering completely.
- Bake 10 min or possibly till topping bubbles.
- Cold, allowing topping to settle before cutting into 48 bars.
