Marshmallow Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound marshmallows
- 1 pt. whipping cream
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can (med.) crushed pineapple (no juice)
- 2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
Instructions
- Heat marshmallows in lowfat milk (cold).
- Set pan in cool water.
- Combine cream and pineapple (mix in).
- Line dish with half of crumbs.
- Pour mix on top.
- Top with remaining crumbs, chill covered.
