Ingredients
- 150 grams Tuna (sashimi grade)
- 1 Green onions
- 1 Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Sesame oil
- 1 Shredded nori seaweed
- 2 bowlfuls Plain steamed rice
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 25 ml Sake
- 25 ml Mirin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Wasabi
Instructions
- Warm all the seasoning ingredients in a pot.
- Let cool, then dissolve the wasabi.
- Marinade the tuna for a while.
- Put the rice, tuna, sesame seeds, green onions, and chopped nori into a rice bowl, sprinkle with sesame oil, and serve.
