Ingredients
- 2 cups celery
- chopped
- 2 cups green onions
- sliced
- 2 cups carrots

- 2 cups red and green peppers
- cut into thin slices
- 4 cups cherry tomatoes
- halved
- 4 cups Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- divided
- 4 cups spaghetti noodles
- boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Marinate vegetables in 1 cup (250 mL) dressing.
- Set aside while preparing remaining ingredients.
- Cook pasta in boiling water for 6-8 minutes to desired tenderness; drain and rinse with cold water.
- Add 2 cups (500 mL) dressing to noodles; set aside.
- Brush dressing on chicken and grill until cooked through.
- Slice into julienne strips.
- Combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Serve as a main meal salad with garlic bread.
