Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 1 lg. clove garlic
  • chopped
  • 3 tbsp. sherry or possibly white wine
  • 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger or possibly 1 teaspoon grnd
  • 1/2 teaspoon MSG (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and use for beef, pork, chicken, etc.
  2. Thread on skewers with vegetables of your choice and grill.
