Ingredients
- 1 onion
- chopped
- 3 fresh garlic cloves
- chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) jar artichoke hearts
- cut bite sized
- 1 (4 ounce) can black olives
- sliced and drained
- 1 red pepper
- chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken
- shredded
- 2 cups cooked pasta (GF)
- 12 teaspoon italian seasoning (or more
- to taste)
Instructions
- Saute everything together in 1 tablespoon olive oil, except for pasta.
- Stir in cooked pasta.
- Drizzle 1 teaspoons olive oil over pasta, sprinkle on Italian seasoning, and lightly toss.
- Serve.
