Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1-1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, alternate layers of cabbage and onion; sprinkle with 1 cup sugar.
- In a sauce pan, mix together remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil; pour over cabbage mixture.
- DO NOT MIX AT THIS POINT.
- Cover and regrigerate 4-6 hours; mix and serve.
