Margaret Wood's Mushroom Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- chopped
- 14 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup milk
- 1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- drained
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 12 cup aged cheddar cheese
- grated
Instructions
- Saute the onions in the margarine.
- Beat the eggs.
- Add all the remaining ingredients.
- Add the onions.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for approximately 35 minutes or until cooked and golden.
