Maple-Walnut Treat
Ingredients
- 2 cups POLLY-O Natural Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 4 tsp. granular no-calorie sweetener
- 1 tsp. maple extract
- 4 tsp. PLANTERS Walnut Pieces
- toasted
Instructions
- Mix ricotta cheese, sweetener and extract until well blended.
- Stir in walnuts.
- Spoon evenly into four dessert dishes; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
