Ingredients

  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 14 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 cup maple syrup
  • 13 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 2 last ingredients and mix until well coated.
  3. Spread on oiled baking tray.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 300F, stirring every 15 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool on tray before storing in a jar.
