Ingredients
- 14 cup quinoa
- 12 cup water
- 1 dash salt
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 (2 teaspoon) packets artificial sweetener
- 12 tablespoon maple syrup
- 14 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
Instructions
- Add Quinoa, water and salt to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Turn the heat down to a simmer and add the cinnamon and Splenda.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for 10-15 minutes, until almost all the water has been absorbed by the Quinoa.
- When the Quinoa is fully cooked, it appears soft and translucent and the germ ring will be visible along the outside edge of the grain.
- Remove saucepan from heat and mix in the maple syrup.
- Add a dollop of low-fat yogurt on top (optional) and ENJOY!
