Maple and Orange-Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
- 1 lb baby carrots
- halved if large
- 23 cup chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 7 tablespoons orange juice
Instructions
- Place the carrots in a saucepan, pour in the remaining ingredients and season well.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes until tender and most of the liquid has reduced.
