Ingredients
- 1 quart tomato juice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup cubed potato
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 12 cup chopped carrot
- 1 bay leaf
- 12 teaspoon dried thyme
- 12 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 12 ounces halibut fillets
- cubed
- salt and cayenne
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except fish, salt and cayenne in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, adding fish during last 15 minutes.
- Discard bay leaf.
- Season to taste with salt and cayenne.
