Ingredients

  • 1 quart tomato juice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup cubed potato
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 12 cup chopped celery
  • 12 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 12 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 12 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 14 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 12 ounces halibut fillets
  • cubed
  • salt and cayenne

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except fish, salt and cayenne in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, adding fish during last 15 minutes.
  3. Discard bay leaf.
  4. Season to taste with salt and cayenne.
