Mango Tangerine Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flax seed
- 1-1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 pkt. (4.0 g) CRYSTAL LIGHT Singles Tangerine Grapefruit Low Calorie Drink Mix
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1-1/4 cups frozen chopped mangos
Instructions
- Blend flax seed in blender until finely ground.
- Add milk and drink mix; blend until mix is dissolved.
- Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
