Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 13 cup peach nectar or 13 cup apricot nectar
  • 2 (6 ounce) cartons non-fat vanilla yogurt or 2 (6 ounce) cartons fat-free peach yogurt
  • 8 23 ounces jars mangoes
  • slices drained or 1 (8 ounce) can peach slices
  • drained

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan combine the unflavored gelatin and peach or apricot nectar.
  2. Let stand about 5 min.
  3. Cook and stir over mediium heat until gelatin is dissolved.
  4. In a blender or food processor combine gelatin mixture,yogurt,and drained mango or peach slices.
  5. Cover and blend until smooth.
  6. Spoon mixture into 8 3 ox.
  7. paper cups.
  8. Cover each cup with foil.
  9. Cut a small slit in the center of each foil cover and insert a rounded wooden stick into each.
  10. Freeze pops for 4-6 hours or until firm.
  11. To serve, remove foil and tear away cups from pops.
