Mango Dessert Whip
Ingredients
- 14 cup chopped pistachios
- 14 cup softened light cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons white grape juice
- 2 mangoes
Instructions
- Peel both mangoes and cut into wedges.
- Divide into 2 chilled bowls.
- In med.
- bowl, combine cream cheese and juice and beat with mixer.
- Spoon over mangoes and top with pistachios.
