1 package Bob Evans Maple Sausage, 1 Pound", "1 cup Brown Sugar
Instructions
1.
Halve each squash, clean out seeds and membranes, and place in a glass 9x13 pan.
Pour water into bottom, until its approximately 2 inches high.
Divide butter amongst squash halves, placing the dabs of butter in the cleaned out hollow.
Cover the pan, and cook in oven at 350 until squash is soft.

Brown maple sausage, drain.
3.
Remove squash from oven, divide browned sausage among squash, and then sprinkle with brown sugar (to your liking sometimes I use more than 1 cup, sometimes less).
4.
Put squash back into oven, until sausage and brown sugar have melded together and warmed through.
5.
Serve each person their own individual squash n sausage bowl!
