Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 6 oz. VELVEETA
  • cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa

Instructions

  1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  2. Add VELVEETA and seasonings; mix well.
  3. Cook until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in salsa.
  6. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish.
  7. Refrigerate up to 24 hours.
  8. Heat oven to 350F.
  9. Bake meat mixture, uncovered, 20 to 30 min.
  10. or until heated through.
