Major's stuffed portabellas
Ingredients
- 8 oz soft cream cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled smokey bacon
- 2 each chopped chives
- 4 portabella caps
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- combine first 3 ingredients
- stuff mushroom caps with cream cheese mixture
- mix butter and bread crumbs
- top mushrooms with bread crumb mixture
- place mushrooms in baking dish
- bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes depending on size
