Ingredients
- Herbed Dressing (below)
- 7 ounce. uncooked macaroni shells (about 2 c.)
- 1 c. shredded pizza cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced pimento-stuffed olives
- 3 med. zucchini
- minced
- Salad greens
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare Herbed Dressing.
- Cook macaroni.
- Toss macaroni, pizza cheese, olives and zucchini with dressing.
- Cover and chill at least 3 hrs.
- Serve on greens and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with parsley if you like.
- 6 servings.
