Macaroni and Cheesy Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 box macaroni and cheese prepared
  • 1 medium onions finely diced
  • 1 cup tofu or more
  • mashed
  • 113 cups soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • all-purpose
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce vegan
  • 3 dash soy sauce
  • tamari
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 x black pepper to taste
  • 1 each soy cheese
  • parmesan style

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
  2. While macaroni is boiling, chop onion.
  3. Combine soy milk, flour, yeast, Worchestershire sauce, Tamari sauce, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Put drained macaroni in an oblong baking dish.
  5. Add tofu and soy milk mixture.
  6. Shake soy parmesan on top and mix.
  7. Bake at 375F (190C) F for approx.
  8. 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
