Mabel's Hot Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 hard boiled Large eggs
- cut up
- 2 c. cut up chicken
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can liquid removed sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Amount to taste of minced onions
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix everything but the topping together and put into 2 casserole dishes.
- Bake 35 min in 350 degree oven.
- Put topping on the last 15 min.
- Serves 10- 18 (2 casseroles).
