Ma's Bloody Mary Herring Cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons vodka 2 parts vodka
• 4 teaspoons juice 4 parts clamato juice
• 1 teaspoon horseradish heaping teaspoon
• 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce any type of hot sauce
• 1 teaspoon lime juice fresh
• 1 teaspoon bechamel (white) sauce WINE sauec from pickled herring jar
• 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
• 1 dash black pepper freshly ground
• 1 slice limes fresh
• 2 whole green olives
• 1 x herring
• pickled 1 piece of pickled herring marinated in wine sauce
• 1 x toothpicks

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a glass filled with ice.
2. You may wish to rub lime juice on the outer edge of a tall glass and then roll the rim in celery salt.
3. Garnish with a wedge of fresh lime and a toothpick with a piece of herring sandwiched between two green olives.
4. Perfect for a New Years Day brunch.
